Anyone who has dealt with a national hauler knows the feeling. Your pickup gets missed. You call. You wait through a phone tree, explain the problem to someone three states away, and get a ticket number instead of an answer. The truck shows up when it shows up. And every few months the rate creeps up with a fee nobody explained.

Cardinal Sanitation started because Cecil County deserved better than that, and because the fix isn't complicated. Show up on the day you said. Charge what you quoted. Answer the phone yourself.

That last one is the part most companies can't do, and it's the part we built the whole business around. When you call Cardinal, you get the owner — not a queue, not a ticket, not a representative reading from a script. You get the person who can actually fix it, who knows your street, and whose name is on the truck that runs it.

We're not trying to be the biggest hauler in Maryland. We're trying to be the one Cecil County can count on.
