User agreement Cardinal Sanitation LLC

Customers or members that contact Cardinal Sanitation LLC upon start of service or initial contact agree to Cardinal Sanitation LLC user agreement.

 

User agreement

Cardinal Sanitation LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse service to any customer, at any time, for any reason.  Waste collection will be provided on agreed upon terms for the continuation of the period paid for by the customer.  Waste collected will abide by all rules and regulations provided by the Cecil County Landfill (Solid Waste Management Division | Cecil County, MD ).  Cardinal Sanitation LLC reserves the right to change pickup days for customers for any reason including but not limited to landfill holidays, extreme weather, or route adjustments/creations.  Cardinal Sanitation LLC will use customer contact information to notify customers of change.

 

Customer Information

Cardinal Sanitation LLC reserves the right to collect user and customer information from any source of customer contact including but not limited to websites, website forms, phone calls, texts and/or emails.  Cardinal Sanitation LLC will contact customers based on information provided.  Service from Cardinal Sanitation LLC will continue for the allotted period that purchased service runs, or until service cancellation by customer or Cardinal Sanitation LLC.  Prorated charges will be implemented through payment sources provided by customers.

 

Payment

Payments for service must be provided before service by Cardinal Sanitation LLC will begin. Payments can be collected by any form of approved form by Cardinal Sanitation LLC, cash, Venmo, Cashapp, or through www.trashbilling.com.  

 

Cardinal Sanitation LLC Property

All Cardinal Sanitation LLC provided cans are property of Cardinal Sanitation LLC, upon service completion/cancellation the can(s) will be collected by Cardinal Sanitation LLC within one calendar week of service end, or an outstanding bill for can replacement will be reported/opened onto customer account.  Can delivery fees if applicable, are NOT proof of can ownership. Customers can provide personal cans for waste collection and will not incur a delivery charge at service start.
